At Greystone Needlepoint, we want you to love every stitch of your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused canvases and kits within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, pristine condition with all threads and packaging intact; please note that custom canvases and opened kits are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the designated shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the canvas between sturdy cardboard to prevent creasing or damage during transit, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
